Returns & Refunds

1. NO RETURNS

We’re a small team of 1–2 people handling everything personally from packing to shipping. Because of this, all sales are final and we’re unable to accept returns or cancellations once an order is placed.

We kindly ask that you double-check your order before checking out.

- Every book and item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it reaches you in great condition. We truly appreciate your understanding and support for our small shop!

1. NO REFUNDS

- Because of the manual nature of our operations and the platforms we use (Gumroad and GCash), processing refunds or exchanges can be very difficult on our end. For this reason, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is made, unless there’s an error on our part (like receiving the wrong item).

- Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll send you an email to let you know that your transaction is complete. Thank you for your patience, support, and understanding—it truly means a lot to us!
