Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:
Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, etc.)
GCash (for PH-based customers)
Do you accept international payments?
Yes! But this option is limited only for digital products. We accept payments via GUMROAD from most countries. Currency conversion is handled automatically by your payment provider.
Will I get a receipt or confirmation?
Absolutely. As soon as your payment is processed, you’ll receive:
An email receipt
An order confirmation with your item details
For preorder items, updates will follow closer to release or shipping dates
I placed an order. When will it be confirmed?
Payment confirmations are usually instant, but in some cases (like bank transfer or manual GCash payments), it may take 1–2 business days to verify.
Is this a secure payment process?
Yes. Our site uses SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to protect your personal and payment information. We do not store any credit card details on our servers.
What if I’m having issues completing my payment?
If your payment isn’t going through:
Double-check your card details or account balance
Try using another payment method
Clear your browser cache or try a different device

Is there a cash-on-delivery (COD) option?
Currently, we do not offer COD to keep things smooth and secure. But we’re working on more accessible payment options in the future!
I got a discount code. Where do I enter it?
During checkout, look for the “COUPON CODE” box. Enter your code and it’ll apply the discount before payment is finalized.
