What is Secret Penpals?

From our very own Red Crow—the mailman who believes letters connect people.
Each delivery is intentional, personal, and meant to build anticipation.

Our special feature is called “Secret Penpals.” We’ll match you with a random Mail Club subscriber and you’ll exchange letters with each other.

If you choose a one-time subscription, you won’t be able to reply to your Secret Penpal—but you’ll still receive all the regular benefits of being a subscriber.

For our monthly subscription, you’ll be matched with a Secret Penpal every month. You’ll write your letter digitally, and we’ll make sure your reply will be delivered to them in a beautifully printed format inside their mail. Every month is a connection with a friend, a new story, and a new letter waiting for you.

What is a snail mail club?

A physical snail mail subscription mailed once per month, inspired by the world of Eyes See You. Each month, you’ll receive an envelope—carefully curated and thoughtfully written by me.

Do you accept international subscribers?

Yes! We accept them via GUMROAD from most countries. Currency conversion is handled automatically by your payment provider.

When will it arrive?

Mail is sent during the first week of the following month. The monthly sign-up cutoff is the 27th. Orders placed after the 27th will automatically be moved to the next cycle.

Example:
If you join between March 1–27, your first letter will be the April edition, shipped in the first week of April.
If you join after March 27, your first letter will be the May edition.

– Please allow up to 14 days for local and 21 business days for international orders after your fulfillment confirmation.

Why is the one-time subscription more expensive than the monthly (recurring) subscription?

The one-time option is meant mostly as a trial for people who want to experience the club once before committing. Because of that, the monthly subscription is offered at a lower rate to encourage members to stay longer.

The ongoing membership also makes features like Secret Penpals more meaningful, since it allows subscribers to build a consistent connection with the same penpal over time. Since this is one of my favorite parts of the snail mail club, the monthly option is priced a bit cheaper to encourage people to stay and fully enjoy that experience.

I placed a one-time subscription. When will it be confirmed?

Payment confirmations are usually instant, but in some cases (like bank transfer or manual GCash payments), it may take 1–2 business days to verify.

How can I change the address or email of my subscription?

For one-time subscriptions, please mail us at esy@kweezy.net including your order number and old details. For recurring subscribers via Gumroad, you can update your shipping address, billing info, and manage all your account details through the customer portal at any time.

I signed up via Gumroad. When will I be billed?

Your membership will renew and be billed on the same day each month as your original subscription date.

Can I track my mail?

To keep the membership affordable, Mail Club orders are sent via regular postage stamps and do not include tracking.

I got a coupon code for mail subscription. Where do I enter it?

During checkout, look for the “COUPON CODE” box. Enter your code and it’ll apply the discount before payment is finalized.
