Planning to meet us at an event? Want to pick up your Eyes See You order in person? Here’s everything you need to know!
Do you sell at events or conventions?
Yes! We attend select conventions, art fairs, and pop-up events where you can:

Can I pick up my order at an event?
Yes, absolutely! We offer free in-person pickup for customers who prefer to collect their orders during one of our listed events.
How do I choose event pickup?
At checkout:
Select “Pick up” as your delivery option.
Choose the event you’d like to pick up from (based on the available list)and message us on our socials.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with pickup details once your order is ready.
What do I need to bring to claim my order?
To pick up your order, just bring:

Your order confirmation email (printed or on your phone)

A valid ID (or the name used for the order)

If someone else is claiming it, they should have a copy of your order confirmation and your name
When can I pick up my order at the event?
Pickup times vary by event, but generally, orders can be claimed any time during event hours. Check our event announcements for exact times and booth details.
Can I still buy items at the event without preordering?
Yes! We’ll have books, merch, and possibly some event-exclusive surprises available for sale on-site. But stock is limited, so preorder pickup is the best way to guarantee your item!
I can’t make it to the event after all. What happens to my pickup order?
If you can’t attend:
Let us know as soon as possible
We can hold your order for a future event or
Arrange to ship it to you (standard shipping fees may apply)
Just email us at esy@kweezy.net with your order number and preferred option.
Can I get my book signed at the event?
Yes, if I’m there — I’ll happily sign your copy of Eyes See You! Look out for meet-and-greet windows or just swing by when the booth is quiet.
How will I know which events you’ll be attending?
We’ll post:
Announcements on the website’s Events page
Updates on Instagram & Facebook.
Email reminders for members and customers who selected in-person pickup
